Taxation of Winnings

As per the TRAIN Law effective January 1, 2018, lottery prizes exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% tax deduction. This applies to all PCSO lotto games and is automatically withheld upon prize claiming.

Prize Claim Process

PCSO has established a tiered system for prize claims. Winnings up to ₱10,000 can be claimed at any authorized outlet. For prizes between ₱10,001 and ₱300,000, visit your nearest PCSO branch office. Jackpots and prizes over ₱300,000 must be claimed at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City.

  • Bring your winning ticket's QR Code and two valid identification documents for verification.
